What PSA platforms does AIGENT MSP support?

ConnectWise Manage is supported today. HaloPSA, Autotask, and Syncro are coming soon.

Is my ConnectWise data secure?

Yes. Your ConnectWise API credentials are encrypted at rest and never shared with third parties. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

How do I add technicians to my account?

During the beta period contact support@aigentmsp.aiand we'll handle onboarding manually.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

We will remove your account data within 30 days of cancellation.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Email support@aigentmsp.aiwith a description of the issue, the device you're using, and steps to reproduce it.
